When Stuck in a Trench: A To-Do LIst

SCREAM!
wait...
SCREAM! Again...
Wait more...
Contemplate how you got stuck in this trench.
Seriously, how are you in a trench?
There's a bridge across. How'd you miss it?
Think about random stuff.
Wait...
Think...
Think more...
And more...
And more...
And more...
Wait for help.
Wait...
Just wait...
SCREAM FOR HELP!!!
...
...
...
Nothing?

Really?

The title of this poem is great. It reminds me of the type of thing you would find in the McSweeny's Literary Journal. Here's an example: https://www.mcsweeneys.net/articles/13-bumper-stickers-for-existentialist-truck-drivers

I love this! It was intense and funny at the same time. My favorite part is the scream part. I love how it is a to-do list when you are stuck in a trench. I think that this is astonishing piece of writing!

This was so funny. I love when you talk about how there is a bridge that want across and you missed it. Super funny.
