I watch people go by each day.
They don't notice me, but I notice them.
Eventually, I drop from my perch, my home.
I'm not scared, I'm just thinking...
I hope to survive what's to become, what's to happen.

This poem reminded me of that saying about having to fall before you can fly (something like that anyway). I love that you leave it open at the end -- truly anything can happen in life!
It's defiantly a great poem, it makes me think of other quotes I've seen on Pinterest or some other site.
This poem is really short and sweet, yet has deep meaning.
It's short which, in my opinion, makes the impact stronger. I loved the beginning lines.
This is such a small poem that brought so many thoughts to my head and the imagery is great!
Even thought this is a small poem it really made me think. Is it about a brid? Nice job!
I like it, but I think you should make it longer and with a picture because this one is very hard to read and understand visually. Keep up the work.
Thank you for writing about "looking past your nose" and noticing the world around you, even if they don't notice you. This is a concept I discuss with my family. I loved this piece of writing!
Very short, but great message. Is this about a bird? Or if not, what is it about?
I love this poem. I reread it over and over, each time getting more and different meanings and thoughts. These short poems are very intriguing. I look forward to the next from this author.
This poem reminds me of what a pet cat thinks as he watches life unfold through a window.
The superior species, they are the gods. How do they contend with all these silly human challenges?
