Elephants going down one by one in the thousands. People take their tusks and leave the rest. They watch from their windows, not taking action in trying to save these amazing animals. Tigers being taken for their pelt, sea animals being killed by our trash that is carelessly floating around in the sea. And we get heartbroken over things like, "My boyfriend doesn't text me," or "I didn't get enough likes".
We should be worrying about everybody's world, not just ours.

This is a really important post. While we are limited by our own petty problems, our world is falling apart. While we complain about our phone dying all the time, children are starving, animals are being slaughtered, and poisonous gasses are being released into the atmosphere. Our world is dying, and we need to see that. Everyone needs to read this post, this is a serious issue.
I totally agree with you. We only worry about how popular we are. Or how many people will sign our year book. When we should be focusing on how much we are hurting the environment. And ways to help it. Instead, we figure out ways to make ourselves more rich and popular. Trying to get as much money as possible. While not caring about how our future kids, kids, kids, grandchildren will be effected. Instead of trying to improve our lives now. We should be trying to improve the lives the children 7 generations in the future.

When I grow up I want to be a zoo veterinarian. So this really hurts. But it's all true and I think people need to change.
It is all so sad how people only think of them selves and not their environment. Maybe it is not what they have or how much money they have that makes them look good...maybe it's the fact that they keep their environment clean and put together (fish not getting tied up in fishing line or road kill or maybe even not a single piece of garbage on the ground). Great story and keep writing.

Very true. I think that if poachers hunt elephants they should at least take all of the animal, not just the tusks. You should write a post an things that can help aid the stopping of these horrible conditions next. Just food for thought. Thanks!

I do agree with you though. That is a big problem. These SJW's all worried about men spreading their legs and inch to far apart. We need to focus on the big picture people.

Yes, but we can't do much right now. Maybe once we grow up and become more influential, but not right now. And the major powers of the world have other problems to work with, i.e, homelessness, healthcare.
This easily presents more prospective to whats around us. I strongly agree. People complain about five likes when the world you walk every day is a horror movie. People dying. Drugs being sold that take lives. Money hoarders. I wrote a post similar to this.
