Masked

I have to stay hidden.
Keep my secret hidden.
My bangs cover my gem.
But that isn't the worst part.
The worst part was hiding.
Hiding in fear.
Fear of what happens next.
         Fear of them.
                   Fear of what they'll do.
Afraid for my family.
I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's back track.

I'm sitting on the grass. My long red hair flowing behind me. This was before.
   Before my troubles began.
Before I became a human science project.
                                       Before I died.

There's a whole story inside there! The vagueness of the situation, combined with the specific details ("bangs cover my gem", "red hair", etc..), is AWESOME.

I really like this because it's descriptive, but also deceptive. Hope there is more parts.

This poem is descriptive and really make you think about life and its meaning. It made me also think about a show I love called "Dare Devil." So good.Nice jod!

This is just the sneak peek. I will write a novel, but it will be a bit.
