RUMI

Seeing the crowds, the horse was suffering. To obtain power, and a pure soul, he was cast into the sea; like a stone. He rose to the light of the world. With this, he regained strength, and found salvation in the golden world. He slowly gained trust, allies, and protectors. His life was fading, he was ready for the kingdom of heaven. As they mourned his life, they found refuge. As they sing to the lord, they were saved from darkness. They were blessed to have known this wonderful horse. He showed endless compassion, with endless love. And praised those who saved him. He was merciful to this migration, of lost souls. Humans seemed to be noble men and women, but kept choosing the wrong way of life. The infinite life dwells somewhere. The world was like the ocean, people mingled face to face and explored in the water. They were to be reborn. The Horse always thought there was a being that was all seeing , " To the beyond". that was the horse's last words " To the beyond". His last breathe, his last thoughts. To the beyond................

OMG wow! I have an image of a beautiful, dreamlike, golden horse in my mind. I'm wondering how the horse made it into your writing? Any idea where that idea came from? (I don't even remember every word of the readings I did, haha! Maybe there was a horse in there somewhere?)

I love the repetition of the words "to the beyond" not only does it sound poetic, but it also reminds me of Buzz Lightyear.
