Do you remember

Do you remember?
I do
A sunset on the mountain
Our hair itches
Our legs soaked
With mud
And blood
Your bike broke
Mine did too
We had to
Walk back
A mile
Or two
The evil rock
That took us out
Smiled as he got his satisfaction
From our fail
But we just laughed
Because we realized
What a beautiful
Day it was to
Enjoy the sunset
On the mountain

I really love this! I love how using the details you made an image in my mind and I could imagine every line! Keep it up!

Nice! I had to go back and read it again because it is a little difficult to tell if it is a dark poem or a truthful poem. The best thing is that I still don't know! The only advice I can give is just to capitalize the title and you are set! Great work!

I really like this poem! The beginning of it reminds me of a poem that was in The Outsiders! This poem leaves you wondering what will happen next!

I like how you gave personification to the rock. I also thought it was a very interesting story and I enjoyed reading it.

I also remember. Amazing how many of us can experience the same things just at different times during our life.
