Adrift

Lost
Adrift
You've journeyed out astray
Now
You've lost your way
In a lake of confusion
A sea of uncertainty
You're but one of many
Stuck in the masses
Drifting about
Snagging on seaweed and water grasses
Life is wearing you out
If only the currents would take you home
But the water is motionless
Still
As clear as glass
And you glance into the past
Yet
You can't see to the bottom
Clarity is achieved
Yet you're still depressed
Downtrodden
Faith is gone
You no longer believe

Wow, that was great. I love the analogies you wrote.
