Good morning

Striding up to the big, red barn-like house of Robert Stilson, who is sitting in his garden admiring his view, you try to avoid eye contact hoping he does not recognize you and start a chinwag. Soon, you register that will not work and you will have to find a way to make this chit-chat go swiftly.
When he spots you he says, "Good morning. How do you do?"

"Well, what a peculiar thing to say," you say, "What does good morning mean? Do you mean to say it is a good morning? If so I would have to contradict. It is a special morning. Some might even say it is a sublime morning or sensational. There is not a cloud in the sky, and it is not to hot and blistering nor cold and nippy."

"Well I meant—" Robert stuttered before you cut him off.

"Or do you mean it as a conversation starter? If so why do not just say 'Hi' or a fun thing like that? Or, even better, do you mean  as a 'Good morning, get lost' kind of thing? If that is true, please just be kind and tell me to leave," with that you walk off, making sure not to look back at your majorly confused mate.
