Falling

I can't stop my leg from twitching
I can't stop the short breathing

But you say you can?

I can't stop my disgust from glancing
I can't stop the feelings from disappearing

But you say you can?

I can't stop my words from searching
I can't stop my tear from sliding

And you say you can?

             How.

I don't really understand this... what do you mean by, " and you say you can"? This just isn't making sense. I like the world choice for sure though!
